£10,350 raised by Co-op Members for the Brunswick

£10,350 raised by Co-op Members for the Brunswick

Every year, local Co-op stores choose three good causes to receive money from the Co-op Local Community Fund – that’s 1% of all the money spent by Co-op members on Co-op branded goods, plus the money raised in their stores from the sale of plastic bags.

In November 2017 The Brunswick Club for Young People was chosen as one of the Co-op’s local good causes for 2018.  As a result, we received an incredible £10,349.39, which has gone towards providing eight weeks of fun outings and lively activities for children in Fulham during their school and half-term holidays.

We were really proud to have been chosen, and we would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the Co-op, particularly to the Co-op members who chose us as their local good cause and to the great Co-op staff at our three local stores, Earls Court Co-op, Fulham North End Road Co-op, and the North End Road Co-op.
